Former Galena Resident Dies at Her Home in Dubuque.

Mrs. H.F.C. Schneider died at 12 o'clock, noon, Monday at the family home in Dubuque. The end came after less than a month's illness. The decedent was born in Galena on March 23rd, 1850.

Miss Anna R. Fricke was united in Marriage to H.F.C. Schneider, then also of Galena, on June 17, 1880, in 1881 they moved to Dubuque, where they have since made their home. Her life was spent with her immediate family as a home loving devoted wife and mother. She will be missed by many to whom she generously in her quiet unobtrusive way, when they were in need or suffering, hers was a life of sacrifice for others.

She is survived by her husband and one son, Edward A. two daughters, Miss Martha and Mrs. H.S. Ficke, and one sister, Miss Lina Fricke, all of Dubuque; two sons, Harry and Carl, preceded her to death.
