Death of Mrs. Bernard Kople
Mrs. Bernard Kople died at her home in Menominee township Sunday morning of
inflammation of the stomach, after only one week's illness, at the age of 50
years. The deceased was a member of one of the old families of Menomine,
her maiden name being Mary Imholt. Her marriage took place in Galena
thirty-two years ago, and she has ever since resided on the farm in
Menominee. Of twelve children born to her, eleven survive. They are Mrs.
Frank Dolsing of Kieler, Mrs. Anton Brink of Sinsinawa, H. B. Kople of
Haverhill, Ia., B. H., Maggie, Katie, Mary, Francis, Theresa, Leona and
Joseph. She was a lady who possessed the domestic virtues to the fullest
extent and was beloved by her neighbors and revered by her family.
The funeral will be held Tuesday morning from St. Mary's church in
Menominee.
