Mabel (Crawford) MULLEN-Services for Mrs. Mabel Mullen, 44, 2040 Oxford street, who died Sunday night in St. Anthony's hospital, will be held at 9:30 a. m. Thursday at the McAllister-Julian-Poorman funeral home, 304 North 5th street.  Burial will be in Calvary cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home from 8 to 9 p. m. Wednesday.  Mrs. Mullen, ill only a short time, died 20 minutes after she was admitted to the hospital.  She was born Sept. 28, 1902, in Galena, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Crawford.  She had lived in Rockford 25 years and married Leonard G. Mullen here Jan. 21, 1925.

Surviving in addition to her husband are four sons, William, John, Robert and Donald Mullen, all at home; a brother, William Crawford, Galena, and a sister, Miss Annie Crawford, San Francisco, Cal.-Rockford Morning Star, October 29, 1946.
