Mrs. Elizabeth Sheridan Dies at Home of Daughter in Rodden

Mrs. Elizabeth Sheridan died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. P. Levins in Rodden at seven o’clock Tuesday. She would have been ninety-two years of age this coming July. The cause of her death is given as advanced years. The deceased was born in Kilkenny county, Ireland, and when very young came to this country. She was married in Galena sixty years ago to James Sheridan and later they moved to Guilford where she resided until a few years ago. Her husband preceded her to the grave eighteen years ago.

Mrs. Sheridan is survived by three daughters, Mrs. John Farrell, Galena, Mrs. John Rowe, Stockton, Mrs. P. Levins, Rodden, and one son, James of Rodden.

The funeral services will be held from the home in Rodden at ten o’clock Thursday morning and two o’clock from St. Michael’s Catholic church. Interment will be made in the East Side cemetery.
