Funeral Held Sunday P.M.

Interment of Samuel R. Kelly in St. Michael's Cemetery

The funeral of Samuel R. Kelly of Dallas, Texas was held Sunday afternoon with short services at the home of Mr. Kelly's sister, Mrs. Emmett Slattery, on Johnson street, at three o'clock. The regular funeral services were held in Dallas prior to the body being shipped to Galena.

Burial was made in St. Michael's Catholic cemetery, the following old Galena friends acting as bearers: Clyde J. Burns, James M. Collins, Raymond Collins, Adelbert J. Asmus, Timothy Grady, Jr., and Merle C. Allen.
