Funeral Services Held
The funeral services over the remains of the late William Brunner were observed from the family residence on the East Side at 9 o'clock Wednesday morning to St. Michael's Catholic Church at 9:30 o'clock where requiem mass was said in the midst of a large number of friends and relatives. The deceased pioneer citizen was a member of E.D. Kittoe Post, G.A.R., of this city and from this body the pall bearers were selected. There was also an escort of old comrades accompanying the remains to the East Side cemetary where interment was made, the beautiful burial rites of the Grand Army of the Republic being exemplified. A good man has gone to his final rest and many there are who mourn his departure. The afflicted family have the sincere sympathy of the entire community in the hour of their deep sorrow.
