Frozen to Death

The body of Mr. John Kelly, who lives on the farm of Mr. Richard Nichols, near Mr. Soulard's place, about three miles from this city, was found yesterday morning, near the Galena Gardens, on the road leading from Gear street to the Plank road. He was in this city on Sunday, and left quite late in the evening for his home. He leaves a wife and several children.
