The KEVERN VINCENT marriage was not lost. It is in the Jo Daviess County courthouse in Book 1 page 139. The only additional information I have is that they were married by Josiah Conlee, JP. I don't think there is more information. The County Clerk does not allow people to look at the original marriage book unless the $7.00 copy fee is paid. Even those of us who live here can't help you, wish we could. Note by Cheryl Hemingway: You can take a look at the marriage record by ordering film # 1602650 via your local Family History Center.

Eliza ROUSE married William SWEENEY both of J.D. County. They then moved to northern Iowa, and as older people to Black Hawk County, Iowa. The COLLEMBECK(COMBELLICK) and SINCOCK families are also tied into this line, I believe. The descendants of this family included the POWERS family of Black Hawk County. Don't know if this will help you.
